Increase in usage of electronic has potentially led to many health hazards, but iFitness HD has a different approach for the iPad users to guide you as a training companion. The app has a vast information of different exercising positioned in a detailed way including picture for each personalized workouts. A good number of workouts available and the resource are very informative.
The first glance at the app has 8+ categories based upon different parts of the body. I chose arm which opens up new set of categories that are based by equipments. The app developers are little cautious in instructing the proper way to execute the exercise with an image for every exercise that are in the app. The app not only include pictures for demonstration, they also have added videos for certain exercises.
One of the best feature that I haven’t seen with other apps was the option to sync our data with the iFitness server. So you can save all your workout data safely on the iFitness servers. But do we really need an online server for storing our information? I don’t think its much needed.
For any health conscious iPad owners iFitness HD comes handy to monitor and plan their workout using their iPad. Besides these features, I wish they could have added a voice guided service to instruct. If you doesn’t bother about voice guidance, iFitness is easy, understandable and useful health app.
