Home Games Match Pairs – Memory Game for Kids with Cute Cards App Review

I have played many memory card games in my childhood, because I like them a lot.

But now, the time has changed and kids have started using iPads. So the way they play has also changed. The Memory Games have also become very easy to use like “Match Pairs” memory game. Which has an easy to use user interface, such that even kids can use them without the help of their parents.

Match-Pairs

As soon as you tap the app icon you get the title screen, which peels off. Then comes “Choose a game mode” screen where you choose your desired theme and the number of memory cards (the difficulty levels – 6,12,24 cards) for the game you are about to play. Then comes the real fun of playing with memory cards with different themes. I first played, it was just to check how it is, and then I continued to play using all the themes and cards options available. I kept on playing this for upto half an hour continuously. It made me realize what its developers say “The game is easy to play but difficult to master!”. I also scored my highest score, which I was able to save, before I begin the next game.

Check out this demo video which will help you better understand about the app.

I really admired the pom-poms, which I wanted to squeeze, and the also the bubbles are well designed. It would have been nice, if they could have made the technics memory cards much attractive like the others.

My neighbor’s 4 year old daughter,  enjoyed “Match Pairs” very much, so that she refused give my iPad, and she kept on playing with is until she scored more than my highest score. Kids really enjoy this app and it also  helps to improve their memory & even for me. Its worth $2.99.
